Whether you are looking for learning, healing, or action planning — we will meet you where you are and help you and your organization move forward.

Our Focus Areas

  • Recognizing the ways that oppressive systems exacerbate experiences of trauma, our offerings address trauma in a holistic way.

  • Identifying what trauma can look like in different contexts - such as education, healthcare, or within an organization.

  • Reflecting on common flawed responses to trauma and outlining best practices to promote healing and prevent further harm.

  • Understanding the guiding principles of a trauma-informed, human-centered framework rooted in equity.

  • Learning how to care for ourselves and others in a sustainable way.

  • Shifting from a responsive posture or deficit perspective to a model of healing-centered engagement.

Our Offerings

Workshops

Collectively, we hold a broad scope of content knowledge and experience, but we always work closely with clients to create fully customized learning experiences that are curated to meet your specific needs and goals.

Our offerings are both in-person (focused in the Twin Cities metro area) as well as virtual.

One-on-One Coaching

Learning holds the most value when it is reflective, actionable, and accountable. We offer to work on an on-going basis with individuals who are committed to personal growth, implementing lasting change, and investing in the larger goal of culture shift within their context.

One-on-one coaching is a great option for leadership, managers, school staff, or individuals who contribute to policy decisions for their organization.

Retreats & Intensives

Change-making is most impactful when we invest meaningful time in learning, reflection, and action planning. Whether this is a full-day retreat or multiple half-day sessions, we scaffold our approach to maximize engagement.

Clients routinely share that they appreciate setting aside a good block of time to “dig in” to this work, and we see the returns both in participant engagement and the longevity of project focus.

Trainings

All our offerings involve active participant engagement, but trainings can be more content-delivery focused and instructive.

In person - this might include a combination of slides, video, and lecture with individual exercises.

Remote - we may use the chat function or online whiteboard tools, but won’t spend significant time on discussion or activities.

Trainings are a great option when you don’t have the time or budget for a more immersive experience, or when you need to reach a large or remote group.

Panels

We are happy to serve as individual panelists, and have also pre-recorded panel discussions to be shared online or distributed remotely.

A handful of our clients have turned to this format as a more engaging or approachable option than sending out a traditional webinar.
